Empowering Khumbu Through Consistent Care

The MediLoop™ is the heart of Snow Leopard International Medicine (SLIM) and represents our commitment to the people and communities. It is a proprietary service model designed to replace sporadic “one-off” health camps with a permanent, reliable presence.

By utilizing a continuous “Infinity Loop” structure, we ensure that no patient is ever abandoned after a single diagnosis.

Our Double-Circuit Motion

Centered at our Pangboche Base (3,985m), Dr. Shah and the SLIM team move in two distinct geographical wings to maintain a 200-day clinical cycle. This cyclical motion ensures that every resident knows exactly when the doctor will return for their next check-up or prescription refill.

The West Loop (100 Days)

A 19.5 km journey providing frontline care and follow-ups to the residents of Deboche, Tengboche, Phortse, and Nauche.

The East Loop (100 Days):

An extension of 21 km serving the communities of Khumjung, Khunde, Thamo, and Thame.

Patients always know exactly when the doctor will return.

SLIM Hub and Loop Clinical Route Pangboche Centered Deployment

Snow Leopard International Medicine affirms that health- care failure in extreme environments is caused NOT by the lack of intent, but rather by absence.

Disciplined, repeated presence, restores trust, continuity, and outcomes where infrastructural alone cannot

where presence becomes medicine
